VERIFY THE HEAD OF THE SHOULDER BOLT IS
BELOW THE UNDERSIDE OF THE LOCKING DEVICE
UP TO A 1/4” OF SPACE IS ACCEPTABLE
PERFORM LOCKING TEST
BY ATTEMPTING TO BACK OFF
CHAIR, WHILE IN STATION IS IN
LOCKED POSITION
