hat for a period of one year from the date of purchase, this product will be

ree from defects in material and workmanship. BRK, at its option, will repair
o
r replace this product or any component of the product found to be defec-
t
ive during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or
r
emanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available,
r
eplacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.

his is your exclusive warranty. This warranty is valid for the original retail
p
urchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable.

eep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain

arranty performance. BRK dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling

RK products do not have the right to alter, modify or any way change the
t
erms and conditions of this warranty.

his warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from
a
ny of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper
v
oltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly,
r
epair or alteration by anyone other than BRK or an authorized service
c
enter. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, including natural
d
isasters, or any batteries that are included with this unit.

RK shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused
b
y the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent pro-
h
ibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
f
or a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above
w
arranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
o
r limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how
l
ong an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not
a
pply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
h
ave other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.

BRK, centros de servicio o tiendas al menudeo que vendan productos de

Esta garantía no cubre el desgaste normal de las partes o el daño como
