STARTING WARM ENGINE
The starting procedure is the same as Cold Start except DO NOT close
the choke.
NOTE
If engine does not start after 5 pulls, use Cold Start Procedure.
WARNING DANGER
When engine starts, the cutting attachment may move even with
the throttle trigger in idle (released) position.
1. Stop Switch - Start/Run. Move stop switch button (A) away from
the STOP position.
2. Primer - Pump Bulb. Pump primer bulb (C) until fuel is visible and
flows freely in the “Clear” fuel return line. Pump bulb an addition 4
or 5 times.
3. Start - Pull Rope. Lay the hedge clipper on a flat clear area. Firmly
grip the rear handle, depress and hold the "Idle Start Interlock
Lever" (D). Pull the recoil starter handle (E) until engine fires.
