hi-- i managed to lose the manual before ever using the jewelry cleaner. if no manual available, it appears that you place water in stainless bowl, put jewelry in basket, and choose your setting.. having just tried this, my jewelry doesn't look much better. do they suggest adding regular jewelry cleaner or something else to the h20 to make it more powerful. many thanks.
