5 To switch the display between °C and °F, turn the unit off. Press and hold the Start button for 5 seconds, the display will show ---°C or ---°F. Release the Start button. Push the Start button again to toggle between °C or °F. Five seconds after completing the change to °C or °F, the unit will prepare for a measurement, and beep when ready.
