I just need to know how tp set my scale i lost the manual

4 There are 10 mem settings. Push MEM and select number (preferably 1) and then wait, after a few seconds stats will show up. Use The Height button to put your height in, Gender man will change (the body with a triangle shape is a woman) and then put in your age. Once done hit MEM again.
