model 5731f my scale isn't telling accurate weigh...

model 5731f my scale isn't telling accurate weights since last week. I thought it might have been the batteries, but changing them didn't fix the problem. The scale isn't balanced. If I stand firm on my right leg, it tells a different weight than if I stand balanced on both feet.
