I love this scale when it worked. I have had to replace the batteries for the first time so I opened up the battery storage area thinking I had to replace 'AAA' or 'AA' batteries, but no, the batteries are these little flat round kind - I don't even know what kind of batteries they are and when removing them I had to lift this metal connector. This is so small and flimsy that it broke off. Now I don't know what to do.
