I have had my Taylor Scale for many years. However, all of a sudden I just get the scanning "0's" and then the "ERR" sign (no number after the ERR). I tried changing batteries and then the Hard Start a couple of times -- both with the same result - After replacing the battery, I put one foot on the scale and got the 4-5 dashes. After then went away, I tried weighing myself -- same result - just the 0's and then ERR. My scale model number is #7004V1812 (2604) Any suggestions? Thanks - Chuck
