I changed the batteries and the display is stuck ...

I changed the batteries and the display is stuck on 18:8:88 . The button to change from ST KG LBS is not working. Tried reset 1-take out batteries 2-stand on it for 7 seconds 3-replace batteries Display is still stuck on 18:8:8:8 will not change Taylor 7558
