Question About Tanita Scale BC-557
The weight part of the scale is accurate, but when...

The weight part of the scale is accurate, but when it tries to do the body composition, it just shows the lines -----, and not the 0's it is supposed to show. It is programmed correctly, and feet are clean and on the sensors. Why else would it be doing this and how can we fix it? thank you!
