We do not have the manual for the is model, and noticed that there is a 9 pin cable connection at the back of the scale, and are wondering if there is software that will allow the scale to be attached to the shipping and receiving computer in our office. We hope if it is attached that our online shipping programs will register the weight insted of need to input it manually. Anyone have an answer? Thanks so much.
