Dear Sir. I have a Sterling 4 wheel little gem and i'm having trouble with the speed of the scooter. I've bought 2 new batteries and charged them for a good 12 hours, i've also made sure that the throttle control knob is on full but the scooter is still only reaching about 2mph. Have you any suggestions, many thanks John Sanders.
