I bumped my scales against the wall accidently and now they don't work right. When I step on them and then off to turn it on, I get the same "18.8.8.8" and then 0.0, but then when I step back on to weigh, it either stays at 0.0 or gives me an impossible number. I have changed the batteries with no changes. I LOVE these scales. I can't find the manual and I can't even find a product number on the scales. CAN YOU HELP ME?
