Hi, I changed batteries in my Soehnle Scale. After installing the new ones, the scale shows 12.2kgs unloaded. Adding weight, it always shows 12.2kgs too much. How can I calibrate the zero-setting? I can´t find any model number on the scales. Where do I find it? Regards Stein Hjertas, Norway
