Can't get back to weight after other indicators...

Have a scale with no model number. It has P: H: S: Can't gp bacl to original setting to measure weight

0 My scales seem to need recalibrating. Everything has suddenly changed. When I get to 5: put in gender and then press for 3 seconds the scales then display 2.5 instead of 0.0. Added to this our weight has suddenly increased by 23.5 Kgs! Answers pls?
