0 I purchased a Silvercrest SPR342 in A LIDL supermarket in Mullingar,Ireland some months ago. I am having problems as it longer holds its charge. The green light flashes indicating that it is charged, but it does not last to complete my shave. I tried to return it to LIDL but unfortunately have mislaid the receipt and they told me they couldn't help me without the receipt. I note that on the back of shaver it states that it was manufactured in April 2014. As I have had very positive experiences in the past with your products, I would hope that you can help me in this matter.
