Ignore the Manufacturer The site did not recognize PaceSaver... I have a "Pace Saver Plus II" mobility scooter, and I am looking for a users manual. It is a 24v, dual battery, 3 wheeled unit with a 5amp charger. The charger shows a full charge on new battery's, but will not run when body weight is on the scooter (215lbs.) The charge meter drops immediately to half way in the red zone. All connections have been checked and rechecked.
