Question About Salter Housewares Scale 1021
Missing Manual, change ounces to gram...

Immediately after you switch on the scale you have to press very quick the power on button again and each time you press the button it will change between ml, g, oz and lb:oz

0 You place the bowl on the scale after you have the weight shown you pres the power buttom again and the scale will tare - deduct the weight.
