5 1) Press and hold g-oz for 2 seconds The hour digits will flash 2) Advance hour by pressing ml-floz 3) To confirm the hour, press g-oz Now the minute digits will flash 4) Press ml-floz to advance minutes 5) Press g-oz to confirm the minute setting Now the symbol 12:H for 12 hour clock will flash To change to 24 hour clock press ml-floz, OR to confirm the setting am/pm press g-oz
