5 I found the manual here: http://safety1st.djgusa.com/product_instructions/en/10311_49551_49659_ES_052909.pdf According to the manual: to switch the display between °F and °C and vice-versa: While the thermometer is off, press and hold the on/scan button for about 5 seconds until you see the °F or °C. Release button. Unit has been reset.
