celcius vs. degree...

My children were playing with the thermometer and changed it somehow to celcius reading. How can I change it back to farenheight? Safety 1st IR Ear Thermometer. Model 49501A. Lot #0605

5 Had the exact same problem. My daughter switched it from F to C. Here is what I found on the Safety First site: To switch the display between °F and °C, simply turn OFF the unit, press and hold the Activation Button (this is the other button - not the On/Off) until the ready display appears. Press and release the Activation Button to switch from °F to °C, and vice-versa. Once you have selected a measurement scale wait until the thermometer LCD shows a full display. To download the manual, see URL. When doing a product search, only type in 49501 (don't enter A and don't enter a manufacture date).
