Question About ReliOn Thermometer 144-107-000
I put a new battery in my thermometer and it won't...

I put a new battery in my thermometer and it won't let me switch from c to f on the thermometer. I press the scan button and the memory button like it said to. It shows my battery is low. It can't be I just bought it and put it in.
