Question About ReliOn Thermometer lot number 2814 do not se
I have a reli on 2 second digital thermometer just...

I have a reli on 2 second digital thermometer just bought it last week, already showing error 3 code. no matter who used it, it would show a temperature always ranging from 99.1-99.8 F . and also when turning the unit on, the backlight is red for a few seconds. now it is showing error 3 and won't work at all, even took battery out and made sure room temperature was within the range the manual said to do.

1 I have the same issue, tho I've never even used mine successfully. I only just opened the package and I got err 3 msg. I called customer svc and they said it means a manufacturer defect. They said to take back to store or send to them with a note attached about the error msg. Their address was Medism USA 505 Chrismill Ln Holly Springs NC 27540.

0 this product sucks. I am going to return and buy the old type, maybe not 2 seconds, but at least no err msg, husband home from major surgery felt like he had a fever, this one only error messages, great, supposed to bring him back to er if 101.
