Good day I have a Reli-On thermostat Model No: 144-691-000 After I changed the battery to the thermostat I don't get it to take temperatures. When I turn it on I get the screen with "188.8F" screen and the just the letter "E" appears on screen. Nothing else then happens. What can or should I do?
