I love and hate this chair. It is convenient and the lift is great. The problem is the the chair has flaws. For example, the hydrolic lift toggle on the arm works whether the chair is plugged in or not. So sometimes the toggle get caught on something and I am lifting without wanting to. This can be quiet disarming. Another major flaw is the the front panel of the chair is held together by one metal "pin" that fits in a front "hole near the foot petal. After about 2 years of wear, the pin comes out, leaving the front panel subject to falling off. It is impossible for me to put the pin back into the hole while sitting. I have been stranded places, depending on strangers to help me put the front panel back on. For such an expensive chair, you would think that is would be held together more sturdily. I am very disappointed at that . Finally, the arms wear easily. They peel up and look unsightly. The arm wear makes the chair look older and cheaper than it actually is.
