Question About Pride Mobility Mobility Aid Jazzy Select 6
will not turn on, has new batteries,not sure about...

will not turn on, has new batteries,not sure about circuit breaker reset, has clear piece of rubber, do I take it off to reset. batteries test good, and chaerger shows it is fully charged.
