Question About Pride Mobility Mobility Aid Legend 3-Wheel Scooter

I Just got this scooter from a frend for my wife she is bed bound. I brouth the scooter home and the battiers where draned down ,I have it on the charger right now. I can`t get it to move. Been plug in for three hours and can`t get the neddel that`s inacates that the batters are taking a charge. So can you send me a maneal for it.
