My chairs batterie ran out as I was driving to my friends home the batterie was fully charged ,we had to disengage the wheeles so we could push it, we got it to roll by disengaging,a man came by to help us he put the chairs into van laying it on it's back, we got home with the chair we set it up right on the drive way pushed it in to gar, plugged it in and now it will not move, it is fully charged but will not move anywhere please help .
