Do you have to have the wheelchair itself off whilst it is plugged into the mains for charging? I know with some chairs and scooter an alarm goes off to alert you to turn your chair off but this one doesn't and lights on joy stick pod are "happily dancing" through their colour change sequence. 0 Thanks for that , I just got the chair second hand it's 18mth old and mint cond just had 2 new batteries fitted as it wasn't in use for 3 months by previous owner but its very slow max 2mph & thats on smooth flat and makes no diff user weight or up or down hill The shop that fitt batts noted that mechanics are v new look 2.went for miles n batts still got full charge. Any ideas please anyone as I'm gutted if that's it & grateful for any help
