Question About Pride Mobility Mobility Aid Jazzy 1104

I have a Jazzy 1104. Lately it runs fine, then slows down to a crawl, then returns to normal. I have changed the batteries and checked the connections and it still does this. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do to fix it? Thank You; William
