I have a pride mobility 1103 electric wheelchair and just replaced the old batteries with new ones.Charged it up for 14 hours and when I turn on the chair the speed light keeps flashing. the chair will move but keeps the same speed whether it is on 1 or 5 lights.what is the problem??
