Question About Pride Mobility Mobility Aid Legend 4-Wheel Scooter
Charger does not work...

Batteries need to be charged or desulphated but the charger does not appear to work. I am an electrical engineer but need a schematic diagram on he charger to verify whether or not the charger working . I am trying to help an elderly person who did not charge the batteries as per the manual. Thanks.
