PS Blood Pressure Meter error message....

hello- I have a PS (hopefully Premier). I keep getting a #3 error message. Unfortunately, the manual was lost a few years ago. Does anyone have this meter and can tell me what an error#3 message is? Much appreciated- Nancy M.
