Question About Philips Styling Iron HP4647
ERROR - Philips Influence HP4647...

when this product on/off button is pressed. 'ERROR' appeared on the screen and the iron plate cant be hot. How to overcome this problem?

0 sir, why does my hair straightener hp4647/00 didn't work and it display er? what does it means? before this i have change the wire socket because it already broken. first test it was 'o.k', then after i box it, led didn't turn green and the plate does not turn to hot. i would like to know it from you (immediately) cause i wanted to repair it by myself. thank you.
