Question About Philips Hair Dryer HP4990

we are in IRAQ and we bought hair dryer from Syria and now the fan work slow and we think that some hair goes inside and we want to open it and clean the fan from hair but is very diffcult to open it and we havn't maintenance shop or manual. Please can you help me and send information how to open the cover.
