Do not know what it means with a red razor sign on botton for a few days after shaving

3 the red light is really the symbol showing the level of water in the cleaner.

3 I was surprise on the answer. The signal was on the razor not the cleaner. It was on the razor for a few days after usage and did not use the cleaner for a few days !??!
