i have bought two of the norelco quadra action 7864 XL. THE FIRST ONE I BOUGHT WENT BAD, SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER[ cause i like the shaver, but], now the second went bad. same problem--the plastic button the turns the shaver on and off went bad, can't turn the shaver off--the button or the plastic piece behind the plastic button that alows turning the switch[solder to the circuit board]on and off has broken. both my first and second. --my second 7864XL is like new, but switch is broken. app. $100 i paid for each 7864 XL shaver. the part that is broken is a $2.00 part. I don't want to pay another $100---can i get the replacement part, for the broken part. --OR CAN YOU HELP ME---I WILL SEND YOU PICTURES OF BOTH OF MY NORELCO QUADRA ACTION 7864 XL SHAVERS, AND WHERE THEIR BROKEN---THANK YOU------REGARDS, GENE
