I plugged a charging cable on Philishave 8850. The rightmost (green) LED has been flashing rapidly for two days now. Is it charging, fully charged or something else?

5 OK, found a manual myself. I think the official model number is HQ8850. Maybe the light was solid at first, now it's blinking. Solid = charging, blinking = fully charged.
