1- When the switch is OFF and recharging, the green light is ON. 2- When the switch is turn ON ( and still plug ed in) the trimmer doesn't work anymore. 3- When the switch is ON and the cord is disconnected, the trimmer doesn't work anymore. 4- I opened the case and there is green kid of powder stuck on the battery positive side. Question: What can I do to fix the problem? Thanks
