Question About Panasonic Electric Shaver ES2206
The shaver is charged. I start to use it then it...

The shaver is charged. I start to use it then it stops the loud shaving buzz and drops down to a soft hum and stops shaving......it goes on and off like this all the time......very annoying.....hardlly ever used. ??? Thx ! :)
