Question About Panasonic Electric Shaver None
Shaver head doesn't move...

The shaver head doesn't move while the foil is attached. The motor is fine, but the head won't move unless physically initiated by hand. I can't find a tech manual, so I'm unsure as to how to disassemble the head completely, in order to understand how the pins, etc, line up/engage. Thanks, John
