I received the shaver new as a gift for my birthday and I do not know where it was purchased. The problem: after using the self cleaning feature 3 times it no longer works. When I insert the shaver into the self-cleaning recharger unit, only the recharge feature works. I cannot select the clean feature. The recharge light comes on and that is the only thing I can do, I cannot select anything else.
