Question About Panasonic Electric Shaver ES8164
cutting blocks sticking...

The springed supports for cutting blocks are sticking when pressed down, not allowing the blocks to pop back up and come into contact with the foil, hence not shaving the whisker. Tried cleaning and oiling, to no avail.
