I'm trying to find an on-line manual for my new Siemens Pure Carat XCL hearing aids. I managed to talk to Siemens at (800) 766-4500 and they directed me to the closest on-line manual for a Pure ® RIC BTE model. I don't know what differences are significant. Is there any way to get the correct manual?
