How do I clean wax from my Siemens Impact DP? Ear...

How do I clean wax from my Siemens Impact DP? Ear wax has crept along the tubes from the outer ear mould but attempts to clean it have resulted in pushing the wax further along! Is there a weeny little spiral brush available?
