Hi, My mum has lost the instruction booklet/manual...

Hi, My mum has lost the instruction booklet/manual for her Siemens Prisma2 hearing aids, all online manuals show a 3 position switch for the mode but she has a push button switch, and we cannot work out the programmes. Is there something I can download please?
