1 Yes. You need to get the settings changed Although certain sounds will always feedback. If your new to wearing HAs you need to give it a few weeks. If u stop wearing them for more than a couple days u will find it takes a few days to get used.to them again Plis remember you will now be hearing noises u couldn't before or sounds u had learned to ignore
