An elderly ;lady in my Mums ward has two in ear hearing devices. The number above is written on the ear pieces. There is miniture toggle switch and a miniture push button. Switching the toggle switch, i can hear some noise in the ear piece. When i press the pushbotton, i can not hear any difference. The Lady is missing out on a standard of living, she should enjoy, because the hearing devises do not seem to function.
