My scale was working fine yesterday. Today, when I stepped on it, there's nothing. I swapped out the battery and followed instructions to get it work. No problem there. However, when I stepped on it, there's either 0.0 appearing or no display at all. This is a relatively new scale and would like some troubleshooting instructions.
